Zaharuddin Sarbini is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to capture the essence of realistic still life paintings, particularly of fruits. His painting of durians showcases remarkable precision, from the spiky texture of the fruit to the lush green leaves and sturdy branches. Zaharuddin Sarbini is a self-taught artist and a graduate of Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Technology Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur in 1987.His realistic paintings highlight the beauty of nature, particularly images of succulent tropical fruits on trees. His past solo exhibitions includes "Indah 2", organized by City Art Gallery, Kuala Lumpur in 2013 and Balai Berita, The News Straits Times Press Kuala Lumpur. He participated in many group exhibitions locally since 1996.
