Koay Sheng Tat graduated from ATEC Academy's Multimedia Design Faculty and is known for his watercolor paintings of classic street life and architectural scenes in Penang and other regions. His works often feature colonial buildings, alleyways, and vibrant street life. Koay has held several exhibitions, including a solo show at Pearl Gallery in 2018, and has received awards in Malaysia and Taiwan. He is a member of several prestigious art societies and is involved in various art communities and events, contributing to Penang's cultural landscape.
