Description
"Moon Ballad" depicts a figure playing an instrument while another figure listens intently in the background. A luminous moon casts an ethereal glow over the scene. The overall effect is one of quiet contemplation and introspective reverie, as if the figures are lost in the music and the magic of the moonlit night.
Eng Tay, born in 1947 in Kedah, Malaysia, moved to New York City in 1968 to study graphic design, painting, and printmaking at the Arts Student League, School of Visual Arts, and Pratt Graphics Center.
