Description "孔雀" (Peacock) depicts a majestic peacock perched gracefully amidst blossoming branches. The artwork is characterized by its meticulous detail in the bird's plumage and the delicate rendering of the flowers, creating a serene and elegant composition that celebrates natural beauty and symbolic grace.

Xia Rucheng is a Chinese artist and Director of the Chengdu Jiusan Society Calligraphy and Painting Academy. Mentored by renowned Sichuan flower-and-bird masters Liu Jiming and Chen Liangqing, he has cultivated a fresh, clear, and bright painting style over decades. Xia Rucheng has held solo exhibitions in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Malaysia.
