Art Description
Crafted in Fine Gold 9999, this limited-edition Malaysian Flora Collectible Gold Coins Set celebrates the extraordinary botanical heritage of Malaysia’s tropical rainforests.
Jointly issued by Tomei Consolidated Berhad and WWF-Malaysia, the collection is limited to just 800 sets, with each set individually assigned a dedicated serial number from 001 to 800. The collection comprises four finely crafted gold coins, each featuring an iconic Malaysian flora species: the Pitcher Plant, Hibiscus, Slipper Orchid and Rafflesia. Each coin weighs 0.1 ounce (3.11g), giving the complete set a total fine gold weight of 12.44g.
Reflecting the collection’s connection to conservation, the coins were produced entirely from recycled gold obtained through the melting of audited trade-in gold items. The packaging and associated printed materials also incorporate materials that meet Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain-of-custody certification standards.
A distinctive union of precious metal, Malaysian natural heritage and environmental responsibility, this limited-edition collection offers a meaningful piece for collectors and supporters of conservation alike.
